Explosion-proof ovens can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.
b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.
c) There are hazardous areas with II A, II B, T1 to T4 groups of flammable gases, vapors, and air mixtures, posing explosion risks.
The "YingTeng" explosion-proof drying oven series has been specially processed with explosion-proof technology, making it widely applicable in flammable and explosive areas in Zones 1 and 2. It is suitable for research, oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, power plants, and other places where there may be or could be II A, II B, T1-T4 group combustible gases, steam, and air mixtures that pose explosion hazards. The YingTeng explosion-proof oven has passed inspection by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion-Proof Electrical Products and been issued with explosion-proof certification and CCC certification. It features an aesthetically pleasing design, reasonable structure, and easy installation and maintenance ( customizable options include explosion-proof refrigerators and freezers, stainless steel explosion-proof refrigerators, explosion-proof coolers, top-open, side-open, and bottom-open explosion-proof refrigerators, as well as low-temperature freezing explosion-proof refrigerators).
Explosion-proof ovens are used in factories and research institutions for drying organic materials, preventing explosions, heat treatment, sterilization, and heating, serving as the primary equipment for temperature maintenance and moisture expulsion. They are extensively employed in plastic hardening, curing, varnished wire, drying metal workpieces for low-temperature tempering, annealing, aging treatment, and thermal fitting processes. Not only do they ensure the quality of the workpiece treatment, but they also guarantee safe production. The working temperature of this oven can be adjusted from room temperature of 10 degrees to the highest temperature of 300 degrees, allowing for any desired temperature within this range. Once the temperature is stabilized, the electrical control system can automatically regulate the temperature.
Features of Explosion-proof Oven
The lid closure tension is adjustable, featuring an integrally formed silicone door seal ring to ensure high vacuum inside the box.
High-performance CPU processing chips and highly sensitive, high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensors ensure precise temperature control and user-friendly operation.
Sensor failure alarm, over-temperature alarm, self-diagnosis dynamic control, temperature display calibration, parameter memory, and a timer function of up to 9999 minutes.
An independent temperature control and alarm system automatically shuts off operation when exceeding the set temperature, featuring dual safety measures.
