Explosion-proof ovens can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m
b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.
c) There are explosive hazardous areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air from Group II A, II B, and T1 to T4 categories.
The "Yingteng" explosion-proof oven series models have been specially processed with explosion-proof technology, suitable for wide application in Class 1 and 2 flammable and explosive environments. They are extensively used in scientific research, oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, and power plant settings where II A, II B, T1 to T4 groups of combustible gases, steam, and air mixtures may form explosive hazards. The Yingteng explosion-proof ovens have been inspected and certified by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion-Proof Electrical Products, receiving both explosion-proof certification and CCC certification. They feature an aesthetically pleasing design, reasonable structure, and ease of installation and maintenance (customizable options include explosion-proof refrigerators, stainless steel explosion-proof refrigerators, explosion-proof coolers, refrigerators with top, side, or bottom doors, and low-temperature freezing explosion-proof refrigerators, etc.).
Explosion-proof ovens are used by factories and research institutions for drying organic materials, preventing explosions, heat treatment, sterilization, and heating, serving as the primary equipment for moisture retention and temperature control. They are widely employed in the hardening, curing, varnishing, drying of motor rotors, and low-temperature tempering, annealing, aging treatment, and heat assembly processes for metal workpieces. Not only do they ensure the quality of the workpiece treatment, but they also guarantee safe production. The working temperature of the oven can be adjusted from room temperature of 10 degrees Celsius up to a maximum of 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for any desired temperature within this range. Once the temperature is stabilized, the electrical control system can automatically regulate the temperature.

High-performance CPU processing chips and highly sensitive, high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensors provide a temperature control system that is more precise and user-friendly.
Sensor fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, self-diagnostic dynamic control, temperature display calibration, parameter memory, and a timing function of up to 9999 minutes.
An independent temperature control and alarm system, automatically shuts off operation above the set temperature with dual safety measures.
