Explosion-proof ovens can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.
b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.
c) There are explosive hazard areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors from Groups II A, II B, and T1 to T4, with air.
The "Yingteng" explosion-proof oven series models have been processed with special explosion-proof technology and are widely applicable to flammable and explosive areas in Zones 1 and 2. They are suitable for scientific research, oil, chemicals, medicine, power plants, and other locations where IIA, IIB class T1 to T4 groups of combustible gases, steam, and air mixtures pose explosion hazards. Explosion-proof ovens are essential equipment for factories and research institutions, used for drying organic materials, preventing explosions, heat treatment, sterilization, and heating to retain temperature and exclude moisture. They are widely employed in the hardening, curing, varnishing, drying of motor rotors, and low-temperature tempering, annealing, aging treatment, and heat fitting processes for metal workpieces. Not only do they ensure the quality of the workpiece treatment, but they also guarantee safe production. The working temperature of the oven can be adjusted from room temperature of 10 degrees to the highest of 300 degrees, allowing for any desired temperature within this range. Once the temperature is stabilized, the electrical control system can automatically regulate the temperature.

Equipped with sensor failure alarm, over-temperature alarm, self-diagnostic dynamic control, temperature display calibration, parameter memory, and a timer function lasting up to 9999 minutes.
