A cantilever racking system is a storage equipment specifically designed for long materials, circular materials, sheets, pipes, and irregularly shaped goods. Its core structure, formed by the combination of columns and cantilevers, creates an extended storage space, suitable for various industry scenarios. Based on the cantilever style and load-bearing capacity, it can be further divided into the following types:

By cantilever style: Single-sided cantilever (wall-mounted, one-side access) and double-sided cantilever (placed in the middle of the warehouse, both-side access).

By load-bearing capacity: Light-duty (single arm load ≤ 100kg), Medium-duty (single arm load 200-800kg), Heavy-duty (single arm load ≥800kg, up to 5000kg).

Pole System

Material: Made of H-shaped steel or cold-rolled steel, joined by welding two pieces of C-shaped steel together, enhancing load-bearing capacity.

Design Features: Pre-fabricated columns with double rows of holes, 100mm spacing between holes, allowing cantilevers to be adjusted up and down at 100mm intervals to accommodate varying cargo heights.

Enhanced Stability: Equipped with a back pull structure (such as flat iron back pull), the column pieces are secured by special pullers to prevent deformation.

Cantilever assembly

Material: Square tube, H-beam, or cold-rolled section steel, single arm length typically ≤1.5 meters, ensuring structural rigidity.

Connection Method: The cantilever and column are connected via plug-in or bolted joints, facilitating disassembly and adjustment.

Anti-slip Design: Welded anti-slip guard at the end of the cantilever to prevent goods from sliding off.

Base and auxiliary components

Base: Made of cold-rolled steel or H-beam, equipped with a base plate for ground fixation, ensuring overall stability.

Additional Configurations: Optional steel grating, wooden board, or mesh as deck plates to enhance space utilization; equipped with safety features such as guardrails and stairs.
