Wastewater treatment equipment utilizes advanced domestic and international technology in manufacturing, primarily made from glass fiber reinforced plastic, Q235 steel plate with rubber lining for corrosion resistance, and stainless steel. This equipment is mainly used for the treatment and reuse of domestic wastewater, as well as similar organic wastewater from small and medium-sized scales such as breeding, slaughtering, and food processing in hospitals, residential areas, office buildings, schools, highway service areas, and tourist attractions. Our wastewater treatment equipment employs advanced biological treatment technology, integrating the removal of BOD5, COD, and NH3-N, featuring stable and reliable technical performance, excellent treatment results, cost-effectiveness, minimal land usage, and convenient maintenance.
Our company can tailor-made equipment according to the customer's on-site conditions and the emission standards required by the local environmental protection department.

I. Equipment Structure:
The WSZ-AO Sewage Treatment Equipment is a compact unit that integrates biological degradation, sedimentation, oxidation, and disinfection processes for treating domestic wastewater and similar waste water. It is designed to be fully underground, with a small footprint, and operates economically. It boasts strong shock concentration resistance and high treatment efficiency, making it an efficient sewage treatment system. The main treatment method of this equipment is the mature A/O biological treatment process, consisting of an anoxic pool, contact oxidation pool, secondary sedimentation tank, clear water tank, sludge tank, and fan room.
Section II: Equipment Features:
1. The WSZ series of domestic wastewater treatment equipment is buried below ground level. The ground surface above the equipment can be used for landscaping or other purposes without the need for construction or heating/insulation. Treatment units with a capacity below 30t/h are typically made of A3 steel plate and undergo anti-corrosion treatment; units with a capacity of 50t/h or more are usually made of reinforced concrete and also receive anti-corrosion treatment.
2. The three-stage biological contact oxidation process employs plug flow biological contact oxidation, offering superior treatment effects compared to complete mix or two-stage series complete mix biological contact oxidation ponds. It also has a smaller volume than an activated sludge pond, strong adaptability to water quality, excellent shock load resistance, stable effluent water quality, and does not cause sludge bulking. The pond uses new elastic three-dimensional filling material, with a larger surface area, making it easy for microorganisms to form and detach biofilms. Under the same organic load conditions, it achieves a high removal rate of organic matter and can enhance the solubility of oxygen in water.
3. The reaction pool utilizes the biological contact oxidation process, featuring a low volume load of filling material. Microorganisms are in their own oxidation stage, resulting in minimal sludge production. Sludge is only needed to be discharged once every three months (90 days) or more, either by pumping with a manure truck or dewatering into sludge cakes for external transport.
4. The equipment utilizes a blower that not only employs conventional noise reduction measures (such as vibration isolation pads, mufflers, etc.) but also features a silencing device at the entrance of the blower room. This ensures that the noise level during operation is less than 50 dB(A), meeting the requirements of quiet residential areas and having minimal impact on the surrounding environment.
5. The buried sewage treatment equipment features odor control through both conventional high-level exhaust and additional soil deodorization measures.
6. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with an automatic electrical control system and a device fault alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Generally, no dedicated personnel management is required on a daily basis; only timely maintenance and care for the equipment are needed.
