Z105 Heavy Oil Stain Cleaner

Product Performance 

This product is a powerful oil stain cleaner capable of removing heavy dirt from equipment surfaces. It offers excellent removal of severe contaminants like proteins, oils, and blood stains from food processing equipment, floors, and walls, effectively stripping, emulsifying, breaking down, and eliminating dirt.

Primary Application

Ideal for cleaning food processing equipment, tools, floors, walls, and countertops, it effectively removes accumulated stubborn oils, greases, and complex dirt mixed with oil and raw materials from the processing environment.

Main Ingredients

Sodium hydroxide, surfactants, additives, softened water, etc.

Usage Instructions

1. Recommend a concentration of 2%-5% (V/V) based on the actual soil condition.

2. Dilute the product with hot water at 48~50℃ in the required ratio (for heavily soiled areas, reduce the dilution ratio as needed), spray it on surfaces such as equipment, floors, walls, and worktops that require cleaning. After letting it sit for 5~10 minutes, wipe or scrub the surface, and then rinse clean with water.

Cautionary Notes 

1. Please wear rubber gloves and protective eyewear when using. In case of accidental contact with skin or splashing into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.

Avoid contact with acidic substances.

Not for oral use; keep out of reach of children.

4. Store this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated clean room.

5. Proper sun protection, heat resistance, and rain protection measures should be in place during storage and transportation; the product must not be inverted or crushed; it should not be stored or transported with toxic, harmful, flammable materials, acids, ammonium salts, and other substances.
