Key Operations
Before powering on
Before operating the injection molding machine, check if there is any water or oil in the electrical control box. If the electrical components are damp, do not start the machine. A maintenance person should dry the electrical parts before starting the machine.

Check the emergency stop switch and the front and rear safety door switches for proper operation. Verify that the motor and oil pump rotate in the same direction.
4. Check if all cooling pipes are clear for long-distance transport, and fill the cooling water into the oil cooler and the cooling jacket at the cylinder end.
Before operating the injection molding machine, check for lubrication on all moving parts and ensure it is adequately lubricated.
6. Turn on the electric heater and heat each section of the barrel. Once the temperatures reach the required levels, maintain the heat for a period to stabilize the machine's temperature. The holding time varies depending on the equipment and the plastic material used.
7. Ensure the hopper is adequately filled with plastic. Some materials are dried first, depending on the requirements for different types of injection molding plastics.
8. Ensure the insulating cover on the cylinder is properly sealed. This will save electrical energy and also prolong the lifespan of the electric heating coil and the current contactor [1].

Do not arbitrarily cancel the function of the safety door for the sake of convenience.
2. Keep an eye on the temperature of the hydraulic oil; ensure it does not exceed the specified limits. The ideal operating temperature for hydraulic oil should be maintained between 45-50°C, generally within the range of 35-60°C is more suitable.

After the injection molding machine operation is complete, the plastic inside the barrel should be cleaned thoroughly to prevent leftover material from oxidizing or decomposing over a long period due to heat.

Dual-color injection molding machine
A mixed-color injection molding machine uses two different colored plastic materials, injected into the mold through a shared nozzle via two separate systems, achieving a co-existence effect of two or three colors in plastic products. In recent years, with the economic development of society and the improvement of living standards, there has been an increasing demand for plastic products and more diverse requirements for plastic types, particularly a growing demand for mixed-color plastic products. Many traditional dual-color plastic production processes involve different colored raw materials, where the two parts (soft and hard) are processed separately by two separate injection molding machines without communication.
