Silver-coated copper electromagnetic shielding paint is a conductive lacquer made from excellent conductive silver-coated copper powder by Shenzhen Xinshengfeng Technology Co., Ltd. It is single-component, labor-saving, time-saving, convenient, has good adhesion, is flat, strong in cohesion, and free of loose particles. It can be used as a coating material for the inner walls of shells for mobile phones, calculators, precision instruments, etc., based on metals and composite materials. After drying and curing, the paint layer maintains stable performance and is suitable for production in single-item batch coating factories. Moreover, it only requires a thin layer of application to achieve excellent conductivity.
Product Nature:
Conductive Materials: Copper, Silver Particles
Color: Silver bronze (similar to silver white)
Solid Content (%): 38±2
Density (g/cm²): 1.1 ± 0.05
Viscosity: 8-16s (4 cups, 25°C)

Theoretical Spraying Coverage: 5-8 m²/kg
Shelf Life: The original drum can be stored for 6 months
Diluent: BL-333
Diluent: Alcohol
Standard Packaging: Net Weight 4 kg
Blend and dilute:
It's easy to mix evenly; just shake for 5 minutes with an oil shaker, and it's done. Check that there's no sediment at the bottom of the bucket to ensure it's well mixed (especially when mixing by hand). Use the BL-338 diluent with a dilution ratio of 1:0.7 (by volume).
Spray method:
This paint can be applied using traditional spraying equipment, or with more advanced low-pressure, high-volume spray systems for better results and paint savings. It can also be used with fully automated robotic arms for spraying.
The coating film should have a thickness of 15μm after curing to ensure sufficient anti-interference capability. However, depending on the actual anti-interference requirements of the user, the coating can be slightly thinner. It is essential to prevent dry spray during application, as dry spray can lead to insufficient adhesion and roughness of the coating film.
The surface of the sprayed parts must be clean and dry.
Dry:
Air-dried at 25°C. Surface dry in 5 minutes, fully dry in 2 hours.
Drying:
30 minutes drying at 65°C - fully dried; resistance obtained after 1 hour of drying.
Conductive paint features:
1) Excellent electromagnetic wave shielding effect and conductivity.
2) Excellent adhesion to plastic substrates such as ABS, ABS+PC, PC, HIPS, PS, etc.
3) Directly dilute with oil-stripping water; higher dilution ratio, reducing customer costs, compliant with EU standards.
4) Excellent wear resistance, high/low temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and workability
5) Excellent film-forming properties, no powdering, and hard, durable coating
