Silver-coated copper electromagnetic wave shielding paint is a conductive lacquer made by Shenzhen Xinshengfeng Technology Co., Ltd. from excellent conductive silver-coated copper powder. It is single-component, labor-saving, time-saving, convenient, has good adhesion, flatness, strong cohesion, and no loose particles. It can be used as the inner wall coating material for the shells of mobile phones, calculators, precision instruments, etc. based on metal and composite materials. After drying and curing, the paint layer maintains stable performance and is suitable for production lines that spray in single or batch quantities. Moreover, it only requires a thin layer of application to achieve excellent conductive properties.

Stirring and dilution:
It's easy to mix evenly; just shake it for 5 minutes with an oil shaker, and it's ready. Make sure there are no sediments at the bottom of the bucket to confirm it's well mixed (especially when mixing by hand). Use BL-338 diluent with a dilution ratio of 1:0.7 (by volume).
Spraying Method:
This paint can be applied using traditional spray equipment, or with more advanced low-pressure, high-volume spray systems for better results and paint savings. It can also be applied using fully automated robotic arms.
The coating film should have a thickness of 15μm after drying to ensure sufficient interference resistance. However, depending on the actual requirements of the user for interference resistance, the coating can be thinner. It is necessary to prevent dry spraying during application, as dry spraying can lead to insufficient adhesion and roughness of the coating film.
The surface of the sprayed parts must be clean and dry.
Dry:
Air-dried at 25°C. Surface dry in 5 minutes, fully dry in 2 hours.
Drying:
Drying for 30 minutes at 65℃ - completely dry. Placing it for 1 hour after drying will yield the best resistance.
Conductive paint features:
1) Excellent electromagnetic wave shielding and conductive properties.
2) Excellent adhesion to plastic substrates such as ABS, ABS+PC, PC, HIPS, PS, etc.
3) Directly dilute with oil solvent, with a high dilution ratio to reduce customer costs and comply with the latest EU standards.
4) Excellent wear resistance, high/low temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and operability
5) Excellent film-forming properties, no powdering, and hard, durable coating
