B-3009 conductive silver paste is suitable for film switches with conventional resistances, flexible circuits, shielding circuits, and keyboard circuits for computers with loop resistances around 300Ω (width 0.6mm x length 1000mm x film thickness 6um), as well as conductive pastes for other low-temperature materials. It is meticulously synthesized from flake silver powder and thermoplastic resins. After years of mass production experience in the film switch and flexible circuit production fields by numerous enterprises, along with years of research and improvement by chemical and electronic experts, its technical indicators have reached an internationally advanced level. After baking at 130°C for 30 minutes, the conductive silver paste achieves excellent physical and electrical properties, featuring good resistance to bending, adhesion, and scratch resistance, as well as low impedance values.
Application Range:
General-purpose membrane switches, flexible circuits, computer keyboard circuits, shielding circuits, heating circuits, circuit repairs, and electronics requiring low-temperature curing.
