B-602 Silver-Plated Copper Conductive Coating

Product Description: The B-602 is a conductive paint made of highly conductive silver-coated copper. It is single-component, labor-saving, time-saving, convenient, smooth, cohesive, and free of loose particles. It is suitable for the inner wall coating materials of shell bodies for mobile phones, calculators, precision instruments, medical devices, etc. based on plastics and composite materials. After drying and curing, the paint layer maintains stable performance and is suitable for single-piece and batch spray production lines. (It can be frequently avoided (EMC) to interfere (EMI), and is anti-static (ESD)).

Instructions for Use:

Surface Treatment for Sprayed Parts: The base material must be clean and dry, free of oil stains and release agents. Wipe or soak the equipment surface with alcohol or a dedicated solvent.

Stirring and Dilution: Thoroughly mix before use to ensure even consistency without sediment. No dilution is required for normal use; use a diluent if dilution is necessary.

Dilute BL-333 to the required construction viscosity. Recommended dilution ratio: 1 part oil to 0.5 parts thinner (i.e., 1:0.5).

Spray: W-71 Spray Gun, Tip Size 0.5 – 2mm

Spray gun and object distance: 100 – 200mm

Spray Air Pressure: 0.4 – 0.6 MPa

Flow rate: 2-4; Film thickness: 15-25μm

Dry: Naturally dried at 25°C, surface dry in 25 minutes / fully dry in 48 hours

Drying at 65℃ for 30 minutes, followed by a 1-hour rest after drying will yield good resistivity.

2. Environmentally friendly aromatic hydrocarbon organic solvent

3. Environmentally friendly thermoplastic resins
