I. Product Introduction
The gantry crane is a variation of the bridge crane, also known as a gantry. Its metal structure resembles a gate frame, supporting two legs under the main beam, allowing it to move directly on ground tracks. The ends of the main beam can feature cantilever beams, which can be designed as single-end cantilever, double-end cantilever, or beamless structures, depending on actual usage requirements.
The L-type single girder overhead crane is a cost-effective overhead crane designed for medium and light lifting capacities and spans. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments without support beams. It boasts good leg crossing, short production cycle, high site utilization, wide operational range, broad adaptability, and strong versatility, making it widely used in ports and cargo yards.
Common L-shaped single girder overhead cranes are divided into two types based on the different lifting mechanisms:
1. The ML type electric overhead crane with an electric hoist as the lifting mechanism has a lifting capacity of 5-16 tons, a span of 7.5-50 meters, and an operating grade of A3.
2. The MDG type general-purpose overhead crane with a winch system as the lifting mechanism has a lifting capacity of 5-50 tons, a span of 7.5-50 meters, and a working class up to A5 or A6.
