Specific tasks involve noise reduction for noise sources such as industrial equipment, transportation facilities, and construction sites, like installing mufflers and sound-insulating covers; noise reduction and absorption design for transmission paths, such as setting up acoustic barriers and sound-insulating walls; and protective measures in sensitive noise areas like residential areas and schools, such as installing sound-insulating windows and planting sound-insulating green belts. Additionally, it encompasses noise monitoring and evaluation, as well as noise standard formulation and implementation.
