Flow-through aeration machine structural features:
The TLB Flow-through Aeration Machine is a multi-functional aeration and oxygenation device developed based on the Venturi principle. It utilizes the negative pressure generated in the throat of the injector by high-speed water flow, causing air to be automatically inducted into the injector through the suction pipe due to the pressure difference. The air, mixed with water in the throat of the injector, is vigorously agitated, shattered into smaller bubbles, and forms an emulsified mixture of air and water. As the mixture passes through the diffuser section of the injector, it transitions from velocity head to pressure head, further compressing the fine bubbles and increasing the solubility of air in water, creating dissolved air water. The dissolved air water is then ejected from the diffuser outlet of the injector, creating intense vortex mixing in the water body. A large amount of oxygen dissolves into the water with the fine bubbles, and through the device's flow generation action, the dissolved oxygen is further transported to a distant location, completing the entire oxygen transfer process.

The TLB Economy High-Performance Turbulent Flow Aerator comes in three installation types: floating, submerged, and deep-water, without the need for a specialized foundation. Choose flexibly based on requirements.
a) Floating Installation Method:
Floating installation method has a wide range of adaptability, easy installation and maintenance, unaffected by water level changes, suitable for water depths greater than 0.8m, with three types of fixation methods: pole insertion, anchoring, and shore traction. Can be moved at any time according to requirements, with only a small amount of buoyant body exposed on the water surface, causing minimal impact on the water景观. It complements artificial floating islands, contributing to water surface greening and beautification effects.
b) Submerged Installation Method:
Submerged installation method, suitable for waters with a depth of 0.6-1m and less than 0.3m of water level fluctuation. c) Deepwater Installation Method:
