PE Full Plastic Anti-Corrosion Acid-Resistant Storage Tank
1. Due to the superior performance of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and the unique structure of rotational molding tanks, their lifespan exceeds 15 years.

9. The foundation for the storage tank must be level and capable of withstanding the corresponding pressure. If a steel structure is used, the gaps should not be too large, and wooden or iron plates should be laid on top.
10. When storing chemical substances, the site should have a well-designed drainage trench and dilution equipment around the storage tanks.
Note: Instructions for use of interfaces, piping, and reinforcing sleeves
(1). Interfaces or flanges installed on the container before shipment may loosen or even be damaged during transport. It is imperative to check for integrity before receiving and installing.
(2). Connections between containers or external piping must be flexible or U-shaped, with supports holding them in place. The piping and joints must not bear any load to prevent damage to the joints and the container itself due to pressure from the liquid inside the container and the weight of the piping.
After the interfaces and pipelines are installed, a water test must be conducted to check for any leaks in the tank body, interfaces, and pipeline connections.
(4). Interface and pipeline sections should be inspected monthly, and any abnormal conditions should be repaired promptly.
(5). Our reinforcing sleeve is made of 250mm, 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate; installation should be done when the container is empty. The tightness should be adjusted so that the sleeve does not fall off the drum. During long-distance transportation and handling, the painted surface of the reinforcing sleeve may be damaged, so it needs to be repainted after installation to extend its service life. Additionally, apply grease on the bolts and nuts to prevent rust and ensure strength.
