Product Introduction:

Steel plate and profile lifting electromagnetic hoists are specifically designed for lifting steel plates and profiles. Considering that long steel plates may bend and deform during lifting, affecting safe operation, we usually use multiple hoists in tandem when lifting such plates. Based on the specifications (length, width, thickness) of the steel plates and the lifting capacity of the crane, we select different sizes of lifting electromagnetic magnets.

During the overhead lifting operation, the following measures should be taken: 1. The connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnet uses a special adaptive mechanism; 2. For steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, use light-tonnage, multi-point arrangement, and place two units along the width of the steel plate to minimize the effect of unevenness on the steel plate, reduce the working air gap, and increase the suction force; 3. Employ magnetic field control to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted at a time.
