Installation Procedure: 1. Handhole wells must be installed when the pole, control cabinet, or cable bend is involved, or when the straight length of the cable conduit exceeds 50 meters, or when the two ends of the cable conduits are not on the same plane and are more than 100 mm apart.
2. The internal dimensions of the handhole well shall be 500mm (length) × 500mm (width) × 600mm (depth), lined with gravel layers for water drainage; the four walls of the handhole well must be plastered with cement sand mortar.
3. Control boxes are supplied by the equipment manufacturer based on the required capacity, featuring cold-rolled steel sheet walls with a thickness of not less than 1.2mm, externally coated with outdoor plastic powder, and properly sealed for waterproofing, anti-theft, and heat dissipation.
4. Structural steel shall not have defects such as cracks, delaminations, heavy scale, inclusions, etc., which affect the material and mechanical properties. The depth of any pitting or scratches should not exceed 1/2 of the negative tolerance of the steel thickness, and should not be greater than 0.5mm.
5. Design Basis: Wind Load: 23 m/s², Fatigue Life: 30 years.
