The steel bottle shot blasting machine is a specialized equipment for cleaning the inner and outer walls of steel bottles, removing surface impurities through shot blasting and sandblasting techniques to enhance surface quality.
Working Principle
The outer wall of the steel cylinder is treated with shot blasting technology, which is automated through a PLC control system for loading and unloading materials, ball flow control, and fault detection. The accelerated balls impact the outer wall of the steel cylinder, removing oxidation scales and rust layers.
Impurities enhance surface adhesion and corrosion resistance.
The inner wall of the steel cylinder is treated using shot blasting technology, where compressed air drives the pellets to automatically move up and down inside the cylinder, in coordination with the cylinder's rotation to achieve a full-surface cleaning of the inner wall.
