The Hook Shot Blasting Machine, as a standard model of shot blasting cleaner, features a working cylinder diameter ranging from 900 to 1300 mm and a height from 1300 to 3500 mm. Standard models come with 2 to 7 blast heads, with a high load capacity of up to 10,000 kg. This shot blasting machine boasts high production efficiency and a wide range of flexibility, making it an ideal cleaning and strengthening equipment. It is easy to operate, requiring only that the workpieces be loaded onto the machine, the start button pressed, and the entire cleaning process completed in a short time (usually 5-7 minutes), removing all dust and residual shot. It is mainly used for the surface treatment of various medium to large castings, forgings, weldments, and heat-treated parts, including fragile and irregularly shaped workpieces. It is suitable for the surface cleaning or strengthening of a variety of castings, forgings, and riveted weldments in medium and small batches, particularly for the cleaning or strengthening of thin-walled, elongated parts. It can apply a strong shot blasting to the surface of steel in its original state, removing rust spots, slag, and scale to achieve a smooth, uniform metallic luster, thereby reducing stress and improving the surface coating quality and corrosion resistance of the steel.
