Demand for thermoplastic composite materials is growing internationally, leading to larger-sized thermoplastic composite components. In response to this trend, Henbo Composites has developed PAEK-based resins with winding technology and pre-impregnated fibers. In collaboration with various partners, we have jointly researched in-situ laser consolidation winding technology for thermoplastic composites, which allows for more efficient and cost-effective production of large-scale thermoplastic fiber composite components, thereby laying a solid foundation for the thermoplastic composite industry.
