Pavement stamping construction requires specific requirements for the subgrade concrete work:

1. The strength of the basic concrete should be ≥C20, with the water-cement ratio as low as possible and without any early-strength additive.
2. Medium-sized aggregate particle size for concrete should be ≤30mm, and the minimum thickness of the base concrete must be ≥50mm.
3. The slump of concrete should be controlled between 3-4 cm, while the slump of commercial concrete should be maintained at 12-14 cm.
4. Crushed stone and bare land foundations must be compacted or tamped.
5.10 cm and below concrete vibration is performed using a flat plate vibrator, while above 10 cm concrete requires insertion vibration.
6. Employ heavier steel long rollers (the steel roller should be at least 0.3 meters wider than the mold) to repeatedly roll and flatten the ground platform, ensuring it is level. When rolling the ground platform, thoroughly remove any foreign objects from the roller. Extract the concrete slurry to ensure there are no sand or stone residues on the surface. For areas where steel roller work is not feasible, use a template to scrape the ground platform level.
7. After the concrete floor is levelled, water bleeding treatment should be conducted.
8. The bottom concrete should be graded as C25 or C20, with the upper layer being mortar fine aggregate concrete of C30 or C25, with a total thickness of 10-30 cm.
    

Step-by-Step Process for Decorative Paving Installation
Cement surface roughening treatment: Apply 1 cm of cement slurry before the concrete starts to set, then use a hand trowel to evenly spread and level the mortar on the concrete surface, followed by roughening the surface.
2. Sprinkle hardening material: Evenly spread 2/3 of the specified amount of hardener over the concrete surface in the initial setting stage, then use a hand iron board to level and smooth the surface after the hardening material absorbs moisture. Once the hardening material has reached a certain stage of initial setting, proceed with the second application by sprinkling the remaining 1/3 material, followed by leveling and smoothing operations.
3. Leveling and Smoothing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron board leveling operations based on the hardening condition of the concrete, with the smoothing operations to be staggered.
4. Release Agent Application: Evenly sprinkle a layer of release agent that matches the hardening material over the surface of the hardening material at a certain stage after initial setting, ensuring the surface is dry and free of visible moisture.
5. Pattern is pressed using molds, ensuring the mold remains flat and stationary. The pattern must be formed in a single press and should not be repressed.
6. Offer a variety of design styles, textures, and colors, including interplay of multiple colors.
