Introduction to Aluminum Alloy Lined PE Gas Pipeline
Commonly used gas aluminum alloy lined PE composite pipe, with an outer layer of 6063 aluminum alloy seamless round tube and an inner layer of special PE plastic. This pipe material is pressure-resistant and anti-aging, leak-proof, lightweight, easy to install, and convenient for quick use, with good thermal insulation and energy-saving properties. Suitable for urban gas transmission, with high design pressure to ensure safety. The service life can reach over 50 years.
Aluminum alloy clad plastic pipe for gas use is a double-layered pipe material, with the outer layer being an aluminum alloy pipe and the inner layer a specialized PE plastic pipe, formed through a special process. This pipe combines the advantages of both metal and plastic materials, featuring the sanitation, corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, and good conveying performance of plastic pipes, while overcoming the drawbacks of plastic pipes such as low surface hardness, poor rigidity, high linear expansion coefficient, poor resistance to ultraviolet radiation, and tendency to age.
Usage Conditions: The pressure of gas pipelines for regular users does not exceed 0.2Mpa, and the design pressure of aluminum alloy lined PE gas pipelines is not less than 1.6Mpa, ensuring safe gas transmission.
