WML-76 Akron Abrasion Tester Usage Instructions:
The Akron abrasion tester is used to measure the wear resistance of vulcanized rubber. It does so by friction between the sample and an abrasive wheel under specific incline angles and loads, determining the wear volume of the sample over a certain distance. It meets the requirements of standards such as GB/T1689 "Determination of Wear Resistance of Vulcanized Rubber." It features digital settings, displays the number of wear cycles, automatic shutdown, and integrates the main unit with electrical control. It uses calibrated abrasive wheels, has an aesthetically pleasing design, and is easy to operate.
