A. Standardized Testing: Complies with GB/T 1232 "Determination of Mooney Viscosity of Unvulcanized Rubbers," GB/T 1233 "Determination of Initial Vulcanization Characteristics of Rubber Compounds by Mooney Viscosity Meter," and ISO 289, ISO 667, and other standards.

B. Sample Information: Specified rubber material number names, such as "Outer Tire 5," "RBS6," etc. Users can set any form of title text description when needing to add a title for printed drawings.

C. Special Note on High-Quality Functionality: The excellent function of humanized design allows for modifying the measurement time during testing. The estimated measurement time is set to 20 minutes, but the actual measurement was completed in 11 minutes, with the t18 value being measured at 9 and 10 minutes. If it's a small rotor, the measurement is done. If it's a large rotor, the measurement is also complete, and there's no need to proceed further. The experiment stops immediately at 9 or 10 minutes upon selecting "Send In," completes the full Mooney curve, calculates all data, and stores the data curve in the database. If t18 or t35 isn't measured within 20 minutes, the experiment automatically shifts minute by minute until t18 or t35 is measured. If t18 or t35 isn't detected within 200 minutes, the measurement will automatically end. This feature undoubtedly greatly facilitates users, saves valuable time and material.

D. Graphical Curve Auto-Scale, after measurement, the software will automatically adjust the Y-axis scale between 0-100Mv and 0-200Mv based on the measured value size, making the curve more aesthetically pleasing. Comparing multiple curves is possible, even with completely different rubber materials, different curve shapes, and different measurement times.

E. Database: The software is pre-set with 100 numbered databases. Each database can store an unlimited number of measurement data sets.
