High-performance moisture-proof sealant is primarily used for sealing and waterproofing in box-type substations, cable distribution boxes, switchgear, ring main units, high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear, distribution control cabinets, terminal boxes, outdoor substations, electric knife switch boxes, and other cable rooms of electrical equipment. After mixing, the adhesive has excellent fluidity, allowing it to penetrate into tiny crevices for sealing protection. Once cured, it offers moisture resistance, flame retardancy, insulation, high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, and protection against animal chewing. The cured material is a soft elastomer, allowing for disassembly and maintenance, making daily maintenance convenient.
Product Features:
Easy Operation: Simple construction, single-person operation, no auxiliary requirements (electricity, fire, water, etc.)
Withstanding various harsh environments: corrosion-resistant, capable of withstanding various harsh conditions, temperature range -50°C to 200°C
Good fluidity: fully flows and self-levels on the sealed surface before curing
Tight Adhesion: Closely bonds with cable sheath and surrounding structures without any corrosive reaction.
Robust Construction: Features a solid molecular closed-cell matrix structure, which upon molding offers toughness, light weight, and is not prone to breaking or falling.
Long-lasting effect: After curing, it remains shape-retaining, non-degradable, and crack-resistant, with a long service life.
High safety: Waterproof, moisture-proof, dustproof, and protects against small animal intrusion, flame-retardant
Reversible: Soft elastomeric material after curing, allows for secondary disassembly and repair.
