The equipment's filtering section consists of diaphragms and box-type filter plates. By injecting high-pressure water or air into the diaphragm plates, the membrane sheets of the filter plates are expanded, allowing for a secondary squeezing of the formed filter cake, thereby reducing the moisture content to the minimum.

Its working principle is to utilize a high-pressure pump to send the material into a filter chamber, where it is separated into solid particles and liquid through the action of the cloth and diaphragm, ultimately yielding dry solid material and clear liquid.
