The THD series low-temperature constant-temperature water bath is a high-precision temperature control source with built-in refrigeration and heating, also featuring the functionality of a small chiller. It is widely used in research departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, biochemical, physical properties, testing, and chemical analysis, as well as in universities, factory laboratories, and metrological quality inspection departments.
According to the different slot opening sizes,恒温 experiments can be conducted within the bathtub, and it can also be connected to other equipment via hoses for use with a constant temperature source. The internal circulation enhances the uniformity of the temperature within the槽, reducing temperature fluctuations.
The customer provides the external circulation. Our enclosure is pre-drilled with one inlet and one outlet: Utilizing the pump's circulation capacity, connect the insulation hose to external equipment through the outlet, forming a closed loop, returning to the equipment's inlet. This transfers the constant-temperature medium inside the tank to the outside, establishing an external constant-temperature field (optional for the customer).

1. Fully enclosed refrigeration unit with refrigeration by a 6P compressor from the French brand Tecumseh, a total of 2 compressors, equipped with an cascade refrigeration system featuring multiple protection devices against overheating and overcurrent.
2. The circulating pump can extract the恒温 liquid from the tank to establish a second恒温 zone. The pump utilizes a high-performance low-temperature pump, with a low-temperature resistance of -120°C, flow rate of 30L/min, head of 9M, and power of 270W.
3. The cold liquid in the tank can be externally routed. The cooling machine's external experimental vessel can also be used directly within the tank for low-temperature, constant-temperature experiments.
