I. Product Overview:
FSY and WSY Vertical FRP Submersible Pumps, 1. The WSY pump is a vertical FRP submersible vortex pump. 2. The FSY pump is a vertical FRP submersible centrifugal pump. This pump can be designed with a submersion depth of 800mm to 3000mm, depending on the depth of the storage tank or tank. The pump can start and transfer fluid without filling, as long as the liquid level is above the pump body. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate to prevent liquid from leaking outside the storage tank.
FSY and WSY vertical glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible pumps' components in contact with the medium are made of modified phenolic glass fiber with polyvinyl alcohol butyral, molded into phenolic glass-fiber reinforced plastic by high-temperature pressing. The connecting and discharge pipes are made by semi-dry winding technology from phenolic glass-fiber pipes. The impeller shaft sleeve assembly is bonded together with phenolic putty and the pump shaft. All submersible parts are assembled using phenolic putty. There is no metal in contact with the medium, ensuring absolute corrosion resistance. The product features light weight, high strength, non-deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can partially replace expensive metals like molybdenum-stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys in corrosion prevention.
The FSY, WSY type vertical glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible pumps are driven directly by the motor via a claw-type elastic coupling. When viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
II. Product Applications:
The FSY and WSY vertical glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible pumps are extensively used in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, smelting, dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, and fertilizers. They are the most ideal equipment for transporting various non-oxidizing corrosive media, such as acids without suspended solid particles, not prone to crystallization, and with temperatures not exceeding 100°C, in storage tanks.
