I. Product Introduction

HTB-ZK Series Corrosion-Resistant Ceramic Pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pumps. The pump body and cover are made of acid-resistant ceramic with excellent corrosion and wear resistance, externally lined with cast iron armor. The impeller is made of engineering ceramic or engineering plastic. This pump boasts excellent corrosion resistance, compact structure, tight shaft seal, non-contaminating of the medium, easy installation and maintenance, and reliable operation. Its application range is extremely wide.

II. Performance Overview

Flow rate of pump: 5～240 m3/h; Head: 10～60 m; Axial seal structure with back vanes for pressure reduction combined with fluororubber oil seal rings or centrifugal seal with additional impeller. The pump features corrosion resistance, wear resistance, easy maintenance, and reliable operation, suitable for conveying various corrosive media containing suspended solid particles, excluding hot concentrated alkali solutions. Operating temperature below 100℃ (the operating temperature of engineering plastic impellers varies depending on material and medium), with rapid temperature change less than 50℃.
