I. Product Overview:
The IR-type thermal insulation pump is a single-stage, single-suction (axial suction) cantilevered centrifugal pump designed for conveying liquids without solid particles, corrosive, and with a viscosity similar to water. It adopts the international standard IS02858 for its marking, rated performance, and dimensions, and follows the technical requirements of GB/T5656-1994. It features a wide performance range, high efficiency, high "three-standardization" levels, and easy maintenance. Its efficiency is an average of 5% higher than that of the F-type pump, and it is a nationally promoted energy-saving product.
The IR type insulation pump transfers media below 150°C, such as clean water and media with similar physical and chemical properties to water. It is connected to a pipe with steam or liquid at a reasonable temperature for insulation and can transfer media that is prone to crystallization.
