Overview
The J2J2S Roots- Water Ring Unit is a vacuum pump system primarily composed of a ZJ-type Roots pump as the main pump and a two-stage water ring pump as the preliminary pump. It is capable of removing not only general gases but also those containing a small amount of moisture and dust. Compared to standard mechanical pumps and water ring pumps, it boasts features such as low oil contamination, minimal water vapor and fine dust, high ultimate vacuum, and high pumping speed at higher vacuum levels. It serves as an ideal vacuum pump equipment for drying, dehydration, and vacuum degassing in industries such as light industry, food, and chemical engineering.
Structural Features
The JZJ2S series Roots Water Ring Units consist of a ZJ type Roots Pump as the main vacuum pump, combined with a 2SK series Double-stage Water Ring Pump or Roots-Water Ring Unit as the preliminary pump. In addition to removing general gases, they can also suction gases containing moisture or a small amount of dust. Compared to general mechanical vacuum pumps, they are not afraid of oil contamination, water vapor, or fine dust. Compared to general water ring vacuum pumps, they feature higher vacuum levels and greater suction rates at high vacuum conditions.
Roots pumps and water ring vacuum pump units are widely used in vacuum systems for chemical, electronic, mechanical, pharmaceutical, food sublimation drying, high-altitude simulation tests, and more.
The JZJ2S series vacuum units, with their primary pumps utilizing the 2SK series two-stage water ring vacuum pumps, have lower efficiency compared to the JZJ2B series. Moreover, the 2SK series two-stage water ring pumps are structurally complex and difficult to maintain. As a result, the JZJ2S series vacuum units, which use the 2SK series two-chamber water ring vacuum pumps as the primary pumps, will gradually be replaced by the JZJ2B series vacuum units, which employ the more energy-efficient 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps as the primary pumps.
