SOW Type Suction-Discharge Centrifugal Pumps (Abbreviated: SOW Suction-Discharge Impeller Pumps) are a new type of single-stage, double-suction, open impeller centrifugal pumps. They are primarily used for transferring clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water at temperatures not exceeding 105°C. The SOW Suction-Discharge Impeller Pumps are suitable for various applications such as waterworks, pumping stations, power stations, air conditioning circulating water, heating hot water circulation, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, ships, and oil refining industries (general liquids) for liquid transfer.

Hydraulics: Optimized design of three hydraulic models ensures not only excellent hydraulic performance of the pump but also eliminates the issue of axial force (theoretically), a common challenge for pump operation, especially for large pumps. The pump body, cover, and impeller are precision cast, with smooth flow surfaces enhancing the pump's anti-cavitation performance and efficiency.

Sealing: Filled seal or mechanical seal is adopted based on the conveying medium or customer's requirements, without any directional restrictions. Sufficient space is provided for the replacement of the filling material for filled seals.

Operation Conditions of SOW Single-Stage Double-Suction Centrifugal Pumps:

Allowable working pressure is 2.5 MPa; i.e., pump inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 2.5 MPa. The pump body and cover are made of gray cast iron (1.6 MPa), ductile iron (2.0 MPa), or cast steel (2.5 MPa) based on the maximum pressure the pump casing can withstand. Please specify the pump's pressure rating or material when placing an order.

Medium: Distilled water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to distilled water at a temperature of ≤105°C (solid particles ≤80mg/L).

Bearings: Sealed rolling bearings with grease lubrication for easy maintenance and long service life. Equipped with a cup for maintaining a constant oil level, also suitable for thin oil lubrication. High-quality imported bearings (SKF, NSK, NTN) selected for smooth operation, low noise, and extended lifespan.
