I. Product Overview:
The SGP type stainless steel pipeline pump is a novel pump designed for pipeline pressure boosting and conveying, addressing the issue of low pipeline pressure. It offers significant advantages over the currently used horizontal centrifugal pumps. Featuring high efficiency, low power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight, and easy installation, the pump is also capable of being used in series according to the required head and flow rate.
II. Product Application:
1. The SG series general pipeline pump is suitable for high-rise building pressure boosting, garden irrigation, cooling tower water supply, long-distance water transfer, air conditioning, refrigeration flushing, and bathroom cold and hot water circulation pressurization. Operating temperature below 80°C.
2. The SGR series hot water pipeline pump is suitable for high-temperature hot water boosting and circulation in heating and boiler industries. Service temperature below 150°C.
3. The SGP series corrosion-resistant pipeline pumps are suitable for conveying corrosive media in process flows of food, pharmaceutical, brewing, and chemical industries, with operating temperatures below 80°C.
4. The SGB series explosion-proof pipeline pumps are suitable for conveying non-corrosive liquids. They are used in fixed equipment of Class I underground coal mines and in industrial sites with explosion-proof mixtures in Groups IIA, IIB, T1, T2, T3, and T4 temperature classes. Operating temperature below 80°C.
5. The SGPB series corrosion-resistant and explosion-proof pipeline pumps are suitable for conveying corrosive liquids in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil, and food. They are applicable for underground fixed equipment in coal mines (Class I) and for industrial facilities classified as II A and II B in factories. These pumps are also used in other industrial locations where explosive mixtures exist, categorized under temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4. Service temperature below 150°C.
