I. Product Overview:
The DL (DLR) vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump utilizes the hydraulic model of the IS-type pump, which is a highly efficient and energy-saving product recommended by the state, featuring a vertical multi-stage multi-section structure. The screw clamps the inlet, middle, and outlet sections together. Each stage of the pump is equipped with one impeller and one guide vane. Axial force is resolved by hydraulic balance method, with the remaining axial force supported by ball bearing, lubricated with grease. The shaft seal is made of soft packing or mechanical seal. The product complies with the standard JB/T2727-93 "Type and Basic Parameters of Vertical Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps," primarily supplying diluted, clean, non-corrosive, non-explosive fresh water and similar liquids with physical and chemical properties to water, free of solid particles or fibers.
II. Product Application:
DL (DLR) vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps are widely used in high-rise building fire protection, domestic water supply, and air conditioning unit circulation, as well as cooling water transmission.
III. Product Features:
1. DL (DLR) Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pumps: Advanced hydraulic model; high efficiency, wide performance range.
2. DL (DLR) Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pumps: Innovative design, reliable operation: Eliminates the balancing drum, utilizing hydraulic balance for the axial force, which completely resolves issues of easy rusting, seizing, and wearing of the balancing drum, ensuring more reliable operation.
3. DL (DLR) Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump: Lower Operating and Maintenance Costs - Utilizes high-quality mechanical seals, which are wear-resistant, leak-proof, and have a long service life, resulting in a low failure rate and reduced operating and maintenance costs.
4. DL (DLR) Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump: Smooth operation, low noise: Equipped with a low-speed motor for smoother pump operation and even lower noise levels.
5. DL (DLR) Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump: Vertical design, compact floor space requirement.
