I. Product Overview:

The SNS vertical three-screw pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB10887-89.

The SNS Vertical Three-Screw Pump is a positive displacement rotor pump, which operates based on the principle of screw meshing. It uses rotating screws to intermesh within the pump casing, encapsulating the medium to be conveyed within the meshing chamber and then continuously and uniformly pushes it along the screw's axial direction to the discharge outlet, providing a stable pressure for the system. The three-screw pump is suitable for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar oils, as well as lubricating fluids. The viscosity range of the medium conveyed is generally 3.0 to 760 mm2/S (1.2 to 100°E), with high-viscosity mediums being conveyed after heating and viscosity reduction. The temperature usually does not exceed 350°C.

The SNS Vertical Three-Screw Pump is primarily used for transferring high-viscosity and high-temperature lubricating fluids. Commonly applied in the transportation of materials such as asphalt, heavy fuel oil, and heavy gear oil. The heat carrier can be steam, hot oil, or hot water, while the cold carrier can be gas or liquid.
