1. Featuring a unique single or double-blade impeller structure, it significantly enhances the throughput of debris, allowing for effective passage of fibrous material up to five times the pump's bore diameter and solid particles with a diameter about 50% of the pump's bore diameter.
2. The mechanical seal is made of a new, hard and corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, allowing the pump to operate safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure, small size, low noise, and significant energy-saving effect; easy maintenance, no need for a pump house, can operate submerged in water, greatly reducing the construction cost.
4. The pump features a high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor in the seal oil chamber, with a thermosensitive element pre-installed in the stator winding for automatic motor protection of the water pump.
5. Available with fully automatic control cabinets to protect pumps from leaks, electrical shorts, overload, and overheating, enhancing product safety and reliability as per customer requirements.
6. The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop based on the required liquid level, eliminating the need for constant supervision and offering great convenience in use.
7. The WQ series can be equipped with a dual rail automatic coupling installation system to meet customer needs, greatly facilitating installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.
