High-temperature wear-resistant coatings are special functional coatings with high-temperature-resistant powders or metal polymers as the core ingredients. They form a wear-resistant and high-temperature protective layer through composite materials such as inorganic-silicon resins, inorganic metal oxides (such as yttria trioxide, silicon carbide), and other composite materials. Their temperature resistance range covers from -80℃ to 2000℃, featuring an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.03 W/m.K, and possess properties of heat insulation, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and hydrophobicity. They are widely used in industrial applications such as turbine blades, metallurgical kilns, and high-temperature pipeline equipment, and enhance long-term protective capabilities in complex conditions like resistance furnaces and cracking equipment through multi-step gradient curing processes.
High-temperature resistant and corrosion-proof coating, with a temperature resistance up to 2300°C. It can protect the substrate from corrosion, oxidation, and provide sealing protection in high-temperature gas (smoke), fire, and high-temperature liquids (sea water, wastewater) environments. The coating is highly stable, wear-resistant, and does not react with other active molecules in high-temperature conditions, ensuring a long service life. It is also acid and alkali-resistant, anti-aging, self-cleaning, and wear-resistant, effectively preventing the substrate from being侵蚀 by water, liquids, or gases, thus extending the service life of the substrate. It can be directly applied to high-temperature flues, chimneys, concrete, various metals, fibrous surfaces, insulation bricks, and more.
Abrasion and waterproof coating, with a temperature resistance up to 650°C, primarily composed of pure corundum, boasting a strength over 210 MPa at room temperature. The coating can be applied thinly and is suitable for industrial, metallurgical, mining, and other applications where erosion, friction, and impact resistance are required. Additionally, it is resistant to acids and alkalis, water-repellent, has good adhesion, and is easy to apply.
