The plastic tray welding machine primarily welds plastic parts using a temperature-controlled heating plate. During welding, the heating plate is placed between two plastic components. 1. Designed to meet customer specifications, this equipment features a maximum welding area of 1.8m x 1.5m. The upper cold mold and hot mold are bolted to the equipment's movable panel, while the lower cold mold employs a roller structure. The side utilizes an pneumatic positioning system for automatic part alignment and removal. Electrical and pneumatic connections are both made with quick connectors for ease, speed, and time savings. Mold change mode: manual. The upper cold mold and hot mold are in a single modular design for easy assembly and disassembly; the lower cold mold's fixed fixture features an adjustable structure.
