Usage:
The R-type oscillating mill is suitable for grinding various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials such as gypsum, calcite, limestone, barite, fluorite, apatite, feldspar, and quartz with Mohs hardness not exceeding 7 and humidity below 6%.
Process:
The solid materials are crushed to a particle size of 0-30mm and then vertically conveyed to the storage hopper by a hoist. An electromagnetic vibration feeder then feeds the material quantitatively and evenly into the main machine for grinding. The powdered material is blown out by a blower and extracted by the airflow, which is then graded by an analyzer placed above the main machine. The finely ground powder that meets the specifications is carried by the airflow into a large cyclone collector, collected, and discharged through the powder outlet as finished product. The airflow enters the blower through the return pipe at the top of the large cyclone collector. The entire air circuit system is a closed-loop and operates under negative pressure.
Due to moisture in the material being ground, which evaporates into gas during the grinding process, and gas leakage into the duct from various flange joints along the pipeline, the air volume in the circulating air circuit increases. This additional air volume is drawn into a small cyclone collector through the exhaust pipe of the blower's main unit. Along with the airflow, a certain amount of fine dust is carried in and collected by the small cyclone. After collection, the dust is discharged through another powder outlet. The gas is exhausted after being collected by the small cyclone.

4. Electrical systems feature advanced centralized control, allowing for unmanned operation within the main server room.
5. The main drive unit employs an enclosed reducer for smooth and reliable operation, with no oil leakage.
6. The main blade holder is in constant contact with the material during operation. Therefore, the blade holder consists of two parts, the lower part. Once the lower part wears out, it can be replaced by unscrewing the connecting bolts.
