9. Method of Operation:
Automatic through-type, place the cleaned and dried workpiece at the loading opening of this machine, the workpiece will smoothly enter the conveyor belt through the connecting channel and automatically move to the anti-rust oil application station under the atomizing spray. The floating oil on the workpiece is blown off by compressed air and then discharged.
IV. Conveying System:
Composed of motor reducer, sprocket, stainless steel chain, main and driven shafts, conveyor belts, etc. The feed opening is equipped with a tensioning mechanism for adjustment during operation, and the discharge opening has an emergency stop button.
