ZN-III Type Tail Frame Digital Magnetic Particle Testing Machine, a wet magnetic particle testing device with stable and reliable performance, high level of automation, and high work efficiency. It features a multi-functional, combined structure. The transmission system is composed of a trochoidal pinwheel reducer and a cylinder, ensuring flexible and reliable operation. The core circuit is a circumferential and longitudinal magnetic field generator, which uses the central conductor method and induction current method to magnetize the tail frame circumferentially and longitudinally. The magnetic field enters the tail frame from the center, forming a longitudinal magnetization, concentrating the entire spatial magnetic field on the tail frame, resulting in high sensitivity and low energy consumption. The trolley is driven by a DC trochoidal pinwheel reducer, while the magnetic suspension liquid spray system is composed of a pipeline booster pump and a set of tubular distributors, controlled by a cylinder for spraying.
This unit utilizes a computer-controlled program for digital flaw detection operation, networked flaw detection data management, real-time image observation, and supports network HMIS interfaces. Electrically, it employs PLC silicon-controlled rectifier triggering technology with PLC automatic control, strong anti-interference capability, and excellent magnetization and demagnetization effects. The equipment can also be configured to form an efficient, automatic magnetic particle flaw detection and maintenance production line as needed, or it can be used in conjunction with maintenance production lines from various manufacturers. Structural features include: circumferential magnetization uses the central conductor method, achieving a single-time circumferential magnetization of the tail frame. Longitudinal magnetization uses the induction current method, providing a single-time longitudinal magnetization flaw detection for the entire tail frame.
Eliminate False Negatives: Evenly distributed coil field, clear crack display, high sensitivity.
Utilizing PLC thyristor triggering technology, the thyristor triggering is stable and reliable, facilitating the digitalization of flaw detection control.
Utilizing a universal positioning, clamping, and flipping device (2D 360-degree rotation) for optimal operator visibility of magnetic flaws, and the tail frame rotates to a flat position for ease of welding.
Full-spray and local-spray options available.
Energy-saving: Only 3 seconds of magnetization required per 3200A, with reduced energy consumption.
The machine is equipped with undercurrent automatic alarm and shutdown devices to ensure the sensitivity of the flaw detection.
