The gear magnetic particle inspection machine is a specialized testing device designed for magnetic particle inspection of gear tips, surfaces, and roots. Equipped with systems for magnetic suspension liquid spraying, recovery, filtration, and mixing, the entire machine's operation sequence and timing are controlled by an industrial programmable logic controller (PLC), enabling functions such as electrode rod clamping, material feeding, spray, magnetization, observation, and demagnetization. In terms of magnetization methods, the machine can achieve circumferential and longitudinal magnetization separately using the rod-insertion method and the magnetic yoke induction method, or can perform composite magnetization for all-around inspection in one go. Both circumferential and longitudinal magnetization offer phase control upon power failure.
