"CDG-2000 Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine" is a low-voltage AC electromagnetic integrated magnetic particle inspection equipment produced by our company. It can perform circumferential, longitudinal, and composite magnetization as well as automatic demagnetization on inspection parts, featuring power-off phase control functionality. It ensures no missed inspections during AC magnetization and is suitable for both continuous and residual magnetism inspection methods. It can carry out a series of inspection processes including inserting, clamping, spraying magnetic suspension fluid, rotating, magnetizing, and releasing.
The main circuit of this equipment employs a thyristor stepless voltage regulation circuit, featuring low noise, reliable performance, and long lifespan. It is fully equipped with the necessary functions for magnetic particle inspection of ferromagnetic parts, capable of detecting extremely minute defects such as cracks, inclusions, etc., on the surface and near the surface of the inspected parts, caused by casting, forging, quenching, grinding, fatigue, and other factors.
Equipment Testing Object and Scope:
Equipment is capable of full surface fluorescent magnetic particle inspection for various shaft and bar workpieces with lengths up to 3000mm and diameters up to 100mm.
The circumferential magnetization of the equipment can be checked using direct current to inspect longitudinal and near-surface defects on the workpiece.
Vertical magnetization employs magnetizing coils to inspect the lateral and near-surface defects of workpieces.
Equipment Manufacturing Standards and Bases
The Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine conforms to the standards of JB/T8290—1998 "Magnetic Particle Inspection Machines", GB/T15822.3-2005/ISO9934-3:2002 "Magnetic Particle Testing", and the Technical Agreement signed by both parties.
