Detailed Description:
Microcomputer-controlled semi-automatic fluorescent magnetic powder flaw detector, with PLC as its core, capable of completing the entire flaw detection process as per programmed procedures, excluding the observation of loading and unloading. It is a general-purpose AC/DC magnetic powder flaw detector, enabling separate circumferential, longitudinal, and composite magnetization of workpieces, with adjustable current. It features AC phase control function during power interruption. It can be used with both continuous and residual magnetism detection methods. Its most distinctive feature is the use of an enclosed spray system for magnetic suspension liquid during magnetization, with an automatically opening and closing observation door, which solves the issue of splashing during spraying. Suitable for magnetic powder flaw detection of small and medium-sized shafts, disc-shaped iron-magnetic mechanical parts, it can detect all near-surface defects on the workpiece surface with a single magnetization.
