CEW-2000 Link Rod Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine
Key Features: Link rod flaw detection, magnetizes three workpieces at once for high efficiency. Power-off phase control, overload protection, and automatic shutdown if preset values are not reached. Detects extremely minute defects such as cracks and inclusions on the surface and near-surface of workpieces caused by casting, forging, quenching, grinding, and fatigue. Comprehensive detection with no safety gaps, and features automatic alarm for missed inspections.
Key Features: Three workpieces at a time, with a minimum of 7,000 to 8,000 pieces every 8 hours. The magnetizing power supply uses silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) technology to convert high voltage and low current to low voltage and high current. Both currents are adjustable continuously and come with phase control for power interruption. The size of the magnetizing current can be directly read on the meter. The magnetizing power supply is equipped with overcurrent and overvoltage protection devices. The SCR is selected with a higher safety factor, with a voltage withstand rating of 1600V.
Operation Programs: Manual and Automatic. The automatic program includes: material loading and positioning → conveying → clamping → spraying → magnetization → release → conveying → workpiece enters the rotating inspection platform → rotation observation → enters demagnetizer → demagnetization and unloading.
Chain and reducer-driven power for workpiece conveyance, achieving workpiece transport and precise positioning under the action of photoelectric switches.
