Water-permeable concrete coating significantly enhances pavement performance and reduces the occurrence of aggregate detachment, providing long-lasting protection and keeping the surface looking fresh and new. Water-permeable concrete refers to precast concrete components that are manufactured using molds, tankers, concrete mixers, and transport vehicles, among other equipment. It makes the city more beautiful and blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment.

The application of permeable concrete primarily includes sidewalks and bike lanes along roads, ground decoration in communities, garden landscape roads, and public places prone to waterlogging in urban squares. Permeable concrete can be designed with patterns as needed. It is mainly used for sidewalks, followed by the laying of a colored permeable concrete surface. The pre-mixed colored permeable concrete surface material is spread evenly on the plain base layer.

Technical specifications for permeable paving are divided into mixture specifications and hardened concrete specifications.

(1) Mixture: Slump (5mm~50mm)

Setting Time (initial setting time not less than 2 hours)

Slurry encapsulation (evenly encapsulated, can be hand-squeezed into a ball, with metallic luster).

(2) Reinforced Concrete: Strength (C15 to C30)

Permeability (not less than 1mm/s)

Pore ratio (10% to 20%).

(3) Frost-thaw cycle resistance: Generally not less than D100.
