
The ISG series single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps are the result of collaborative efforts by our in-house technical personnel and domestic pump experts. They have selected domestic hydraulic models and adopted performance parameters from the IS-type centrifugal pumps. These pumps are ingeniously designed on the basis of general vertical pumps, and are further developed to include models suitable for hot water, high-temperature, corrosive chemical, and oil pumps, all based on the ISG model and tailored to different operating temperatures and media. This series boasts features such as energy-saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

Product Features
1. The pump features a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single central axis. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, boasting a compact and aesthetically pleasing design with minimal floor space and low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is optimized for reliable balancing of radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth pump operation with minimal vibration and low noise.
3. Axial seals utilize mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, reliably extending the service life of the mechanical seals.
4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump coupling saddle nuts to remove all rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet specific flow and head requirements.
6. Pumps can be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientations, as required by the pipeline layout.
● Main Application
1. ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump, designed for conveying clear water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden sprinkling, fire protection water pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom, and other cold and hot water circulation boosting, with operating temperature T<80°C.
2. IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high-temperature) circulating pumps are widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, papermaking, as well as for boiler high-temperature hot water pressure boosting circulation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG type has a service temperature T < 120°C, while the GRG type has a service temperature T < 240°C.
3. IHG Vertical Pipeline Chemical Pump, designed for transferring liquids without solid particles, corrosive in nature, and with a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for applications in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, papermaking, food, and synthetic fiber industries, with operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to 120°C.
4. YG vertical pipeline oil pump, designed for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products, with a medium temperature range of -20°C to +120°C.
5. ISGD Vertical Low-Speed Centrifugal Pumps, suitable for applications with stringent environmental noise requirements and air conditioning circulation, etc.
