Canvas conveyor belts, also known as layered fabric core conveyor belts, feature cold resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, high-temperature resistance, flame resistance, antistatic properties, and flame retardancy (difficulty in combustion). They are widely used in industries and locations for rapid material transportation, such as coal, mining, metallurgy, electricity, ports, chemical industry, cement building materials, and grain.
Canvas conveyor belts are divided into cotton canvas core conveyor belts, nylon canvas conveyor belts, and EP polyester canvas conveyor belts according to different tensile layer materials; they are also categorized by cover rubber types, including ordinary, heat-resistant, high-temperature resistant, burn-resistant, wear-resistant, heat-wear resistant, general flame-retardant, antistatic, oil-resistant, and food-grade varieties.
1. Standard Model: Suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and blocky materials, commonly used in general material transportation. Oil-Resistant Model: Features oil resistance, designed for transporting oil-containing materials.
2. Acid-alkali Resistant: Capable of conveying materials with pH levels ranging from 4 to 10.
3. Heat-resistant Types: (T1 type) withstands temperatures not exceeding 100°C, (T2 type) withstands temperatures not exceeding 125°C. High-temperature-resistant (burn-resistant): (T3 type) can withstand temperatures up to 150°C, high-temperature-resistant types can withstand temperatures not exceeding 180°C, and burn-resistant conveyor belts can transport materials at temperatures ranging from 200°C to 600°C. Used for conveying finished products, cement aggregates, and various high-temperature materials in metallurgy, coking, building materials, and casting industries.
4. Flame Retardant: The conveyor belt surface features flame-retardant properties, capable of instantly extinguishing flames, suitable for conveying materials in open-air conditions in extremely cold regions.
5. Cold-Resistant Type: The conveyor belt surface is designed with cold-resistant properties, enabling operation in temperatures above -40°C. It is suitable for conveying materials in outdoor, harsh cold environments.
6. Abrasion-Resistant: The conveyor belt surface features anti-impact and anti-abrasion edges, suitable for conveying hard materials under conditions where the edges are sharp and hard.
