(6) Manual Control: Signal conversion and amber flash control are performed manually; the signal unit supports remote manual control.
(7) Local Mode Regular Schedule Control: This mode is the basic control mode implemented by the signal box. In this mode, the design of the plan is offline, and the plan is stored in the intersection machine. Input schedules into the intersection machine and select the execution plan based on the schedules. Setting periods include year, month, week, day, hour, minute, and second. The division of daily periods should not be less than 16, and the number of plans should not be fewer than 48. The setting content should include events, control mode, control plans, holiday plans, etc.
2. Network Control Function
The wireless signal machine can be connected to the control platform via the Internet of Things, enabling unified control and security control.
3. Green wave control feature
The signal machines can be synchronized with a central time source via GPS/BeiDou or server for trunk signal machines, ensuring consistent cycles while coordinating phase differences in the trunk direction to achieve green wave control functionality.
4. Schedule Control Function
The signal machine can divide a day into time slots based on a specified date or week number, with different timing plans executed during each slot, following the sequence of time slots.
5. Manual Control Function
Under network connection, the central staff will switch the intersection signal to the designated phase. At the intersection site, the signal can be immediately executed in the designated phase via a manual control panel.
6. Wireless Remote Control Function
In the event of communication failure or during emergencies, the on-board remote control or the patrol post remote control can be relied upon to directly switch the signal machine to the designated phase.
7. Yellow Flash, Full Red, and Light Off Control Functions
In special circumstances requiring closure, such as red light failure, need for warning, or accidents, flashing yellow, full red, or light-off control can be implemented.
8. Fault Alarm Function
When the voltage drops below 10.5V or power is disconnected, an alarm alert can be sent via SMS to notify power outage.
9. Green Conflict Detection Function
When the same group of lights exhibit a red and green lights simultaneously on fault, the affected master/slave unit has an electrical shutdown feature, while other master/slave units downgrade to yellow flashing to prevent vehicle driving conflicts due to signal light failure.
10. Guard patrol route setting feature supported
Users can configure multiple guard routes in the control center. The signaling system can receive and store various guard and special operations plans, providing rapid access routes for vehicle fleets executing guard duties and other special operations vehicles (such as fire trucks, emergency ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, etc.).
11. Manpower Special Operations Control
The system pre-stores special operation plans for intersections on the special operation control lines within each signal unit. When a convoy approaches the corresponding intersection on the special operation line, the on-duty police officer at the intersection notifies the on-duty staff at the control center. The center then manually executes or cancels the special operation plan at the intersection.
