The new type of spiral bucket elevator feeds material continuously with the bucket facing upwards (relying on gravity) during operation, except when unloading, when the bucket rotates due to the unloading device. It transports materials through a chain inside a sealed housing, capable of horizontal-vertical-horizontal combined conveying. It can be fed at a single point or multiple points and unloaded at a single point or multiple points via the unloading device. It is fully enclosed, leak-proof, and non-polluting, suitable for conveying various powdered and granular materials. The equipment's flexible assembly form, low driving power consumption due to minimal operating resistance, and near-zero material damage rate make it ideal for improving grain drying quality and enhancing the economic benefits of grain storage units, particularly in Northeast China's grain drying towers to grain silos. The machine uses PLC control with variable frequency speed regulation to achieve intelligent unattended operation, significantly reducing labor costs.
The new type of elevator is primarily composed of Z-shaped, C-shaped, mixed, and horizontal configurations, all sharing the same working principle and features: used for horizontal-to-vertical-to-horizontal conveying of powdery, granular, and small piece materials. It boasts a compact structure, small footprint, high lifting height, excellent sealing performance, and prevents material damage. It features low driving power, energy-saving, environmental protection, and is easy to maintain.
